Planning on downsizing?

Whether you live in a 5,000 s.f. house or a 2,500 s.f. house, downsizing can be a challenge. But try moving into a house that is 161 square feet. Yes, I said 1-6-1 square feet. I'm not sure when it started but the latest craze in smaller housing is the "tiny house." More than a few companies build these miniscule homes, and they all offer modern conveniences (to a varying degree). With amenities ranging from a gas cook top to a bathroom with a shower the tiny house offers the perfect option for people who wish to live as simply as possible. Two of the upsides include if you don't like your neighbors you can hitch your house up to your truck and relocate; and it would take less than a minute to vaccuum the place!
