Scoggins Residence

Built in the late '80s this house was in dire need of a facelift, both inside and out.  We dropped the ceiling height of the porte cochere and cut the main roof back closer to the house so it wouldn't be so overpowering.

Inside we relocated the fireplace from the rear wall of the family room to the side wall which made it feel much more open to the outside.  The kitchen was completely redesigned and the breakfast room enlarged.  Beyond the kitchen we added a large game room.

The master suite needed help and we replaced the existing end wall of the bedroom with a segmented bay window.  This brought more light into the bedroom as well as increased the amount of views from inside.  The master bathroom was reconfigured and updated along with the other rooms in the house.
