This house was designed in conjunction with Hensley Premier Builders for a family living near McKinney.  Barry designed the main level of the house while I designed the upper level and front elevation.

The front elevation is in the French Provincial style and features both brick and stone.  The windows and entry are all enhanced with cast stone.

The main level features a great room with family, breakfast, and kitchen areas, a formal dining room, the master suite, a media room, a study, and a guest bedroom.  Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The game room overlooks the family room below but features French doors to help reduce the sound from traveling between the two spaces.
